The personal data that ADMG holds about you will be used for the following purposes:

• Notification of meetings including annual general meeting, events, consultations, other items of interest in relation to the deer sector

For membership (Group, Individual, Corporate, Associate)

• Telephone number(s)

ADMG may hold or process your data for a number of reasons:
Contract
You have paid a subscription for membership to ADMG and we require to hold your data in order to fulfil our part of that contract.
Legitimate Interest
Your arrangement with ADMG (ie as a Deer Management Group) requires us to hold data in order to communicate with you.
Consent
By giving ADMG your consent you are giving us permission to hold and process your personal data for the purposes given above.
ADMG will always tell you why your personal data will be retained and used.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the ADMG secretary at the usual address.
Disclosure
ADMG will not pass on, share or trade your personal data with any person or organisation without first receiving your consent unless for the purpose of ADMG business (ie to agencies such as SNH, FSS etc; our agents, Playfair Walker, and other associated consultants; or contractors engaged in work with ADMG) or in the general furtherance of the business of deer management. Under no circumstances will ADMG sell your information to third parties or advertisers.
ADMG uses MailChimp to distribute E-Scope. By consenting for ADMG to use your data, you acknowledge that your name and e mail address will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.
